Castlewood Builders is seeking an Architect for their office in Bethesda, Maryland. Job duties will include: Developing final construction plans that include aesthetic representations of the structure or details for its construction; Preparing scale drawings or architectural designs using computer aided design tools or other tools; Preparing information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, or construction time; Consulting with clients to determine functional or spatial requirements of structures; Meeting with clients to review or discuss architectural drawings.
Must have two years of experience and Bachelor’s Degree in architecture or the foreign equivalent of a U.S. Bachelor’s degree.
