Project Manager

The Project Manager will be process focused on delivery and driving continuous improvement of the team, along with maintaining the product backlog and release plan. The Project Manager will facilitate productivity by removing impediments that can obstruct the pursuit of the team's goals and by preserving flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team.

- Serve as a Project Manager to work on small to medium-scale department projects that have a direct impact on the company
- Foster a motivating culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver value
- Coordinate across other Project teams for complex projects
- Escalate and/or resolve impediments
- Leverage data to measure & monitor progress against commitments
- Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent
- Facilitate regular meetings with the project team. Document progress and report to stakeholders on project status.
- Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of experience in Project Management, or Process Management or a combination
- At least 1 year of experience of Google Suite, or Microsoft Office, or a Combination
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
