Program Analyst

Public Policy: D.C. Department of Transportation: Project Manager - Washington, DC : analyze data, info, & ops to improve efficiency & effectiveness of org & dptmtl structures for public policy program initiatives. Req's Master's degree in Public Policy or rltd fld OR Bachelor's degree in Public Policy or rltd fld +2 yrs exp (1 yr of specialized exp equiv to at least CS-13 grade lvl, & 1 yr exp equiv to at least CS-12 lvl, or its non-District equiv, gained from public or private sector). P/t telecommuting eligible. Pre-screening eval of data analysis skills & knowledge reqd. Must be available to perform crucial duties in event of emergency, even if office is closed or employees released early.
