Summary

The MIL Corporation seeks a Business Analyst, Analyst (Developer) to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location. As a member of the Systems Coordination and Implementation (SCI) team, the Developer will be responsible for working within a team to help support audit functions for the client through support for SQL queries and reports, along with some Access Database management.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Microsoft Access Databases to provide data to support the client's audit needs
• Able to generate SQL queries to elicit data from Oracle databases to meet client's audit needs
• Able to generate reports out of Business Objects reporting repository to meet client's audit needs
• Participates as team member responsible for performing analysis, design, programming and/or documentation tasks

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years overall information technology professional experience as an analyst or programmer or business/process analyst
  • 3 years of experience with a BA/BS degree or 5-7 years of experience with a HS diploma or HSD with a related certification
• Experience with mainframe and/or client-server based technologies and systems
• Experience working as a member of a team performing life cycle design/development/implementation operations or functional analysis.
• Great analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and autonomously and take initiative without being directed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal accounting/financial management policies, practices, operation, and procedures

All personnel provided under this task order must be able to either possess or obtain a security clearance of Secret or Top Secret, to be issued by Department of State, Diplomatic Security

Salary at MIL is determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $82,396.08 - $100,706.32 per year. This estimate represents the typical salary range and is just one part of MIL's complete compensation package.
