High profile litigation and government relations team is looking for an energetic, right-arm assistant to join their team to manage and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and legal administrative needs of this dynamic team.
You must have a demonstrated track record of working well and discretely with high-profile clients; Hill experience is a plus. Assistant must have expert-level Word, Outlook, and Excel skills, experience creating complex documents, and experience creating TOC/TOA.
Best candidates will be very organized and have strong editing and proofreading skills, a degree is preferred but not required.

- Need five plus years of current experience as an Executive/Legal Administrative Assistant
- Degree preferred
- Have expert-level Word, Outlook, and Excel skills
- Have two-plus years of experience working with TOC/TOA
- Possess strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Hill experience is a plus
