Sr. Director- Cyber Product Security (Remote Eligible)

As Senior Director, Product Security, you will partner closely with product, engineering, architecture, enterprise engineering, cyber and cloud infrastructure teams, as well as line-of-business teams to oversee and drive critical cyber risk programs from start to finish. You will lead a team of talented and experienced Information Security professionals delivering our Product Security Risk Operations and Integration capabilities. You will be at the forefront to drive a multi-year journey to transform our Product Security service. You believe in making the secure way easy, through reducing issues around supply chain, product security and risk management processes for our products and services.

Location is New York City: $315,100 - $359,700 for Sr. Dir, Cyber Technical
Location is San Francisco, California: $333,900 - $381,000 for Sr. Dir, Cyber Technical
Remote roles in other areas of New York & California, and across Colorado & Washington: $267,100 - $304,800 for Sr. Dir, Cyber Technical
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.

Responsibilities:
- Lead team responsible for Cyber Product Security service capabilities, Risk Operations & Integration. Instills a culture that works toward the highest standards in cyber (safeguard the business) while ensuring that business requirements are understood and adhered to (enabling the business).
- Plays a key leadership role within Cyber's community of leaders, drives innovation activity as an outcome; partner extensively with other Cyber and Technology organizations such as Security Testing, to derive solutions enabling industry leading products
- Serve as a liaison on Department-led efforts requiring Information Security Office and Product Security Service input or participation.
- As an Information Security Office leader, will ensure, through collaboration, Divisional Information Security Office teams have the tools, training and processes necessary to support their customers.
- Effectively challenging our 1st line of defense technology delivery teams and collaborating effectively with 2nd and 3rd lines of defense
- Define, manage and monitor service based KPIs
- Providing service and cyber risk reporting and analysis to internal and customer leadership
- Staying current on the changing regulatory environment and understanding the impacts to the organization
- Recruits, develops, and retains top talent, and uses excellent people leadership skills.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 9 years of experience in cybersecurity
- At least 7 years of people management experience
- At least 5 years of experience with cyber policies, standards, and procedures
- At least 5 years of experience in a cloud environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- 5+ years of experience working with industry frameworks (NIST CSF, FFIEC CAT, CIS RAM, FAIR, PCI DSS)
- 10+ years in Technical Program Management or software engineering
- 3+ years of experience with information technology audit or compliance management
- 3+ years of Technology or Financial services industry experience
- 1+ years of experience in a regulated environment
- Industry recognized professional certifications (Certified in Risk & Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM))
