MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Statistics, Organizational Behavior/Psychology or similar fields of study.

Experience
  • Minimum of seven (7) years related work experience (HC data analysis, program evaluation, reporting). Experience creating complex analyses, presentations, and reports. Experience of data mining and analysis. Must have experience using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, SPSS or other statistical package, Visual Studio, SQL and other database reporting tools. Must have experience performing full scope of metrics analysis, identifying trends and patterns and producing results for actionable management decisions. Also, must have experience in designing and conducting research projects and analyses (qualitative, quantitative) to include the development of data collection tools (surveys, questionnaires), selection of most appropriate sampling and data analysis methods, data modelling, interpretation, and presentation of results. Experience in developing and executing frameworks for program evaluation is required.

SUMMARY

The Sr. Human Capital Analysis & Program Evaluation Coordinator will function as an expert for Human Capital (HC) analytics and proactively analyze relationships between data. The Sr. Coordinator provides strategic analysis of Human Capital (HC) data from multiple datasets to help drive informed decisions. Applies specific knowledge of the business to the data analytics, identifies trends, and monitors, analyzes and reports on data trends that may have a strategic impact on existing or future projects or processes. Evaluates programs and conducts a wide range of statistical analyses (qualitative and quantitative). Designs and delivers reports and presentations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Production Reporting and Data Set Deliveries:
  • Performs Human Capital Metrics Analysis and Reporting
  • Collects and analyzes HC data and metrics, identifies trends and creates predictive modeling.
  • Creates simple to complex reports and data visualizations to respond to ad-hoc reporting requests and testing hypotheses. Ensures reports are comprehensive, accurate, timely, and relevant and reflect the most recent organizational changes. Ensures regularly scheduled dataset deliveries to customers are accurate and timely.
  • Conducts a wide spectrum of statistical analyses (qualitative and quantitative), interprets the findings, and communicates effectively with key stakeholders to enhance their understanding of HC processes. Designs and analyzes questionnaires and surveys.
  • Determines the mix of presentational tools (including dashboards) that will best deploy the information, to include traditional static, dynamic user generated, menu driven, and real time interactive. Confirm accuracy and effectiveness of presentation.
  • HCS Program Evaluation:
  • Develops simple to complex frameworks for the evaluation of HCS program effectiveness. Conducts full scope of program evaluation, develops summary reports, and communicates findings to key stakeholders. Identifies areas for process improvement and increased program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommends measurements for HCS initiatives to determine value and effectiveness. Assists in the development, tracking and analysis of metrics and dashboards in support of period reporting. Analysis may include quantitative and qualitative, transactional / efficiency and human capital metrics.
  • Projects:
    • Participates in the design and execution of HCS projects related to data analysis, program evaluation, and reporting. As assigned, contributes effectively on all key phases needs assessment and prioritization, project sizing, task execution, customer and partner communication, draft iterations, and finalization/roll out. Keeps the Manager, HCS and customers informed on progress and include them in key decision-making where appropriate.
