Principal Process Manager, Finance Tech
As a member of the Finance Tech Portfolio Performance team, you will apply your analytical, risk management, and program / process management skills to support our Enterprise Tools, Cyber Vulnerability management, Enterprise Tech Backlog, BAU Compliance and Management Strategy, and Governance reporting. You will collaborate with Enterprise Cyber, Product, Product Operations and Finance Tech application teams and partner with stakeholders across the organization on initiatives to help drive transformation and the change necessary to achieve well managed objectives and reduce our technology risk and regulatory requirements across the Finance Tech organization.
This position requires a motivated professional with excellent organization, problem-solving, analytical and communication skills. This individual must be able to develop and implement innovative solutions and processes to identify and mitigate potential risks to the Finance Tech Organization.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Finance Product, Product Operations, On Demand Finance Transformation (ODFT), The Enterprise Data Machine Learning (EDML) Process and Project Management Teams, Cyber, and Tech to proactively plan and communicate upcoming enterprise tool related initiatives and monitor progress and impediments
- Manage Finance Tech Management compliance issues by identifying gaps and working through remediation activities.
- Promote strategic vision and execute tactical operations to implement overarching tool/process risk assessment and risk management programs throughout Finance Tech
- Partner with Product, Product Operations, and Tech to ensure proper data integrity processes and attention to detail
- Interact with business counterparts and other Tech associates to ensure appropriate coverage of shared controls and/or shared processes
- Proactively engage team members and project leads to ensure system changes or enhancements consider necessary data integrity and reporting standards before implementation
- Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Risk, and Cyber Governance reporting and metrics to provide transparency to various stakeholders.
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others
- Be the point of contact for all tools and reporting activities
- Identify opportunities and work with business stakeholders and partners to embed tool usage best practices into our daily operations and business processes across the organization
- Use analytical skills to conduct process improvement and drive efficiencies throughout the organization
- Manage Enterprise Tools Governance to ensure enterprise requirements are in compliance
- Be able to prepare and present ad hoc analysis to various levels of leadership. This requires the ability to recognize trends and apply knowledge of the overall portfolio for context.
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of project or process management experience
- At least 2 years of program management or risk management experience
- At least 2 years of experience working with technology teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years' experience delivering technology and system implementation programs
- 2+ years experience with the regulatory framework governing the financial services industry
