Our client is in the healthcare industry is seeking two Recruiters to assist with their recruiting needs. The Recruiter will conduct full-cycle recruitment through applicant sourcing (social media, colleges, etc.), post job advertisements and interviewing. If this sounds like you, we are looking for someone with experience recruiting in healthcare.

Candidate must be able to:
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, media, Internet sites, etc.
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications;
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
  • Monitors job offers

  • 5-7 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles is required
  • Minimum 5 years' experience recruiting in relevant industry environment is required
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
  • In-person, Phone, Skype, Zoom and online meeting platform skills
  • Supports workplace diversity
  • Familiarity with relevant employment Law
  • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills
