Arc XP is looking for an experienced, relationship-focused Partner Marketing Manager to own and lead all marketing aspects of our partner channel efforts.

The Partner Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Demand Generation and work closely with our Marketing and Partner teams, as well as external stakeholders, to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our partner relationships and jointly drive new customer acquisition.

This is a highly visible role and an opportunity to build a partner marketing function from the ground-up with a fast-growing company in a dynamic market (digital experience platforms/content management systems).

  • Build strong relationships, both externally and internally, to influence and engage partners and other stakeholders
  • Be a marketing generalist, with the ability to develop effective plans that incorporate all relevant channels and tactics
  • Maintain a strong focus on business goals, continually evaluating partner marketing activities to ensure they're contributing to company objectives
  • Stay informed on industry trends, with a desire to learn the tech ecosystem and identify fresh marketing opportunities for Arc XP and its partners
  • Be a self-starter, take initiative and have a sense of urgency
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and be open to feedback


Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Arc XP Partner team to identify key partners and define the level of marketing activity and goals for each partner
  • Develop joint marketing plans with key partners, to include events, social media, content development, lead generation campaigns, and other tactics to achieve defined goals
  • Act as the campaign manager/owner for partner marketing efforts, working with other members of the Marketing team to execute on partner marketing plans
  • Develop joint marketing collateral and messages with key partners, including case studies, announcements and social media messaging
  • Create partner marketing guidelines and educate partners on Arc XP messaging and brand guidelines
  • Develop and execute campaigns to encourage partner participation in Arc XP programs such as technical trainings and office hours
  • Maintain and update co-selling and co-marketing materials in the Arc XP partner portal
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of partner marketing efforts and provide recommendations


Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, preferably in technology, enterprise software or SaaS platforms
  • Experience creating marketing plans and managing budgets
  • Able to travel approximately 10% of the time
  • Bachelor's in a marketing-related field, or equivalent experience

The Washington Post includes salary ranges for certain positions to comply with local pay transparency laws. The salary range for this position is:
89,100.00 - 148,500.00 USD Annual

The actual salary within this range will depend on individual skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. This position may be eligible for a bonus or incentive program, and a member of the Talent Acquisition team will discuss bonus payment terms and conditions during the interview process.
