We are looking for an experienced and top-notch HR Generalist to work closely with the VP of a large Consulting firm in NOVA.
Duties include:
- Answer employee and applicant inquiries
- Ensure successful onboarding process
- Manage payroll for over 75 employees utilizing ADP
- Serve as POC for staff regarding benefits and all other HR related areas
- Manage recruitment process, schedule interviews, coordinate with managers
- Assist with coordinating company events and training seminars
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR preferred
- 2-3 years minimum of HR experience preferably from a large consulting/professional services sector
- Excellent MS Office, HRIS skills.
