The MIL Corporation seeks a Business Analysis, Senior Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location.
As a member of the Global Compensation team, the Senior Analyst's primary business responsibilities are 1) performing analysis of complex business processes and software functionality to identify and coordinate opportunities for improvement and efficiency; 2) acting as a liaison between Compensation offices and external groups for process re-engineering and software implementations; 3) supporting compensation processing staff through business process and technical analysis of legacy systems

Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Business Analysis, Senior Analyst to support a Federal Government client at our Charleston, SC location.

Responsibilities
- Document the "as-is" process to determine if a process can be streamlined. Develop options and present to management
- Implement and manage recommended processes, post-implementation
- Conduct business process re-engineering activities
- Develop or update automation tools that are used to streamline operational processes
- Act as a liaison between payroll department and software development department for business requirements, design review, and implementation activities
- Work with clients to review test plans to ensure business processes and requirements are satisfied
- Facilitate implementation of new software and business processes within the end-user community
- Recommend and implement new business practices to automate or otherwise improve outdated practices
- Perform analysis on and make recommendations for correcting potential software issues
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination
Desired Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree or relevant experience
- Experience using Microsoft VBA and/or SQL developer
- Experience with PeopleSoft applications
- Experience with payroll and/or accounting systems
- Experience with UI Path software
