Job Summary

Supports program management and execution of all compensation programs, including implementation, and execution

Key Accountabilities/Duties/Responsibilities
• Internal consultant and advisor to all HR and talent partners and business groups, providing recommendations on compensation issues, and ensuring effective execution of all compensation programs
• Partner with key stakeholders to drive and influence the development and execution of compensation projects, processes, and initiatives
• Lead Cornerstone compensation system configurations, data file uploads, testing and deployment.
• Modifies global compensation policies, practices, and guidelines as needed to meet the needs of the company
• Analyze the effectiveness of our global compensation programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness and suggests recommendations for improvements
• Create and maintain job codes, job descriptions and survey matches for all global positions
• Complete job evaluation of new positions to ensure accurate benchmarking and classification in the appropriate salary grade level.
• Coordinates the annual global salary survey submission process by submitting company data for all relevant surveys.
• Leads annual global compensation processes including preparation of reports, financial modelling, in-depth data analysis and system configuration.
• Review and update global salary range structures on an annual basis based upon the market
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience
• BS in math, business, or other similar discipline
• 7 years compensation management and administration experience
• 3 years direct experience with Europe and India compensation. Experience with US and Canada is preferred
• Recognized as a subject matter expert by advanced education and work experience • Certified Compensation Professional preferred • Associate Member Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), preferred

Required Skills/Abilities
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills, with an affinity for detail
• Prior HRIS reporting experience, including a knowledge of Cornerstone system structure and interface
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, allowing for communication at all company levels
• Ability to manage large scale projects independently
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluent in English language
