Our client in the non-profit industry is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to assist their Director. The Administrative Coordinator will be managing administrative related activities and interacting with multiple stakeholders. If this sounds like you, we are looking for someone with experience Microsoft Teams and taking minutes is plus.

Candidate must be able to:
- Coordinate arrangements associated with meetings, training programs, workshops, on-site evaluation visits, and other events
- Ability to take minutes is a plus
- Manage relevant correspondence of the office of the Director
- Process and compile data and other relevant information, assisting with preparation of reports
- Serve as initial point of contact to for external stakeholders via telephone and/or email
- Maintain website content ensuring information remains current and accurate
- Manage calendar and travel arrangements for the Director
Qualifications:
- Baccalaureate degree required; graduate degree preferred.
- Ability to function independently is essential
- Competence in the development and use of word processing, database, and spreadsheet (MS Office software including teams) required
- Excellent planning and organizational skills, particularly in relation to attention to accuracy and detail is essential
- Excellent oral and written communications skills with the ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to plan and organize work, provide direction to others as appropriate, and to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
