Duties
The incumbent reports directly to the Financial Manager, or Financial Director when necessary. The incumbent works with minimum supervision to plan and carry out responsibilities in accordance with policies, procedures, and precedents, while keeping the supervisor(s) apprised of necessary information. The incumbent and supervisor will regularly discuss current responsibilities and priorities. Completed work is evaluated for technical soundness, accuracy, usefulness, and conformance with requirements and needs.

Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administrative oversight of various business processes, which may include processing financial, procurement and other administrative instruments for the Finance Division.
- Supports the EAC Finance Division in records management ensuring that financial information is labeled and stored properly within Sharepoint and other finance systems.
- Assisting the Finance Division in preparing EAC reports and collecting audit deliverables for required audits.
- Reviewing accounting data and written justification narratives with a strong attention to detail.
- Preparing and reviewing financial statement audits for the Division.
- Supports the Finance Division staff with field inquiries and data calls from the Office of Management and Budget and Congressional points of contact as needed.
- Provide miscellaneous and other clerical service support to the Finance Division as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
