We have an extraordinary talent base and invite you to consider joining MissionSquare Retirement's Marketing Team.The primary focus of the Client Experience Operations Communications Manager position is to manage operational client communications and processes for retirement plan financial services. The project manager will work directly with our recordkeeping and print vendors to ensure delivery of required recordkeeping, operational, and regulatory communications. This position will also be a point of contact for sharing MissionSquare Retirement operational client communications with strategic partners and vendors.Essential Functions for this role include: Oversee core financial communications processes including but not limited to participant statements, financial confirms, forms, campaigns, notices and correspondences. Manage schedules of deliverables to adhere to strict deadlines and requires high attention to detail.Manage intake of requests for updates or revisions to financial communications. Collaborate with Client Experience (CX) team for review, vetting, and approval of requests.Coordinate quarterly statement cycle campaigns. Work in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teammates to manage messaging and inserts for multiple corporate and/or client directed campaigns.Manage ad hoc mail/email communications delivery process for operational and regulatory communications.Establish and maintain systems and processes to ensure both Sales and MissionSquare Plan Services have access to client communications.Support development and distribution of guides, job aids, manuals, videos and other educational or instructional materials for plan sponsors.Collaborate with MissionSquare Marketing to ensure MissionSquare branding look, feel, voice and message is reflected in all communications.Support additional communications projects as needed.Indirectly manage teammates as backup support to core financial communications processes.
