OVERVIEWWe are actively seeking a data-driven Senior Marketing Operations to join our all-star Marketingteam to optimize marketing programs, build predictable scale and maximize revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES:Establishment and tracking of KPIs and metrics for all marketing investments to provide visibility into the effectiveness, efficiency and attribution associated with marketing efforts, and enabling greater return on investmentDevelop and operate reporting dashboards to provide real-time, actionable insights to influence campaign strategy and process improvementsDeliver quarterly, monthly and weekly reports to various levels of internal audiencesDrive and optimize the lead process, lead scoring automation and accounts-based workflowManage the marketing tech stack, ensuring team use and efficiency, and scaleCreate processes to improve marketing operational workflows to drive efficiency, productivity and seamless team collaborationOwn the marketing database: Drive tracking and ensure health and growthImprove Marketing Operations effectiveness by collecting stakeholder and partner feedback, prioritizing recommendations, and supporting optimization effortsEnsure all marketing communications are coordinated and full compliant REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in marketing operations at a SaaS company with a track record of accelerating pipeline and revenueExperience driving the marketing planning and forecastingExperience defining and implementing systems, process and governance to support the smooth operation of the Marketing function with efficient and repeatable processesProven expertise in building marketing reporting dashboards and delivering actionable analyticsSavvy in data analysis and experienced in diagnosing and solving funnel performance issuesAbility to cross-functionally manage projects to completion while navigating multiple demands and prioritiesStrong experience managing marketing technology: expert in Salesforce and Pardotfamiliarity with SalesLoft, Google Analytics and intent platforms, attribution/insights tools,and data enrichment technology such as Buzzboard or Zoominfo.Highly organized, and skilled at prioritization
