LHH is working with their legal client looking to add a talented Practice Development Manager to their team. In this role you will support the advertising law and privacy sector practice groups for the firm with strategic marketing plans, creative business development strategy and project management support. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related marketing and/or business development experience. You will also need to be an innovative thinker with outstanding writing and inter-personal communication skills. Apply today and let's talk!Responsibilities: Work with both individual attorneys and practice group leaders to development strategic marketing and business development plans and budget.Manage content marketing strategy including client communications, blog posts, podcasts, and other digital media content.Direct the group's involvement in 3rd part conferences and events as well as securing speaking and writing opportunities to raise the profiles of the practice and attorneys.Manage RFP responses by writing information concisely and professionally, persuasively positioning the firm's capabilities, and maintaining brand tone and consistency in all deliverables.Produce new business development presentations and pitches with cross-functional support.Project manage the practice's pipeline of opportunities including pitches, proposals, and referrals.Research new business targets, industries and competitors ensuring the firm is maintaining up to date and accurate collateral materials and marketing resources.Assist in the development of award and industry submissions and recognitions with individual attorneys.Requirements: Bachelor's Degree5+ years of marketing experience in a corporate setting.Creative thinker with an innovate and client service-oriented approach.Self-starter mentality-ability to work independently.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong research and project management skillset.This role is a hybrid opportunity in Washington, DC and you must be within the local vicinity for consideration.$130-$150k/annually DOE
