We have an extraordinary talent base and invite you to consider joining MissionSquare Retirement's Marketing Team.The Proposal Manager position leads proposal development and submission activities for bid solicitations (eg Requests for Proposals) that support MissionSquare Retirement's business acquisition and retention efforts. Serving as the project lead on assigned RFPs, the incumbent develops and monitors project plans; establishes and manages deliverables; collaborates with proposal teams and subject matter experts to full bid requirements; reviews, writes and edits proposal responses; verifies proposal document compliance with bid specifications and MissionSquare Retirement business practices; oversees document production activities; and ensures on-time delivery of final compliant documents. The incumbent manages multiple projects simultaneously under stringent deadlines.Essential Functions for this role include: Review, parse, and analyze RFP/bid solicitation documents;Identify, assess, and communicate potential bid issues to appropriate stakeholders;Develop a proposal project plan and compliance matrix and manage deliverables, taking appropriate actions to ensure on-time project completion;Research, write, and edit proposal responses that incorporate "win" themes, discriminators, and value propositions;Collaborate with proposal writers to ensure that win themes, discriminators, and value propositions are integrated into proposal documents;Work collaboratively in a cross divisional team environment, fostering relationships with subject matter experts and Sales;Coordinate project tasks with RFP team members and conduct status meetings and milestone reviews;Conduct business and quality reviews of proposal documents and ensure conformity to bid specifications;Oversee proposal production, shipping, and delivery activities for assigned proposal projects jointly with the proposal coordinator;Update and maintain standard responses in a proposal content database; andOther duties as assigned.If you have the following credentials, we encourage you to apply:5+ years of experience in managing proposal projects and proposal development.
