The Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP) is seeking a digitally savvy Marketing Channel Manager to play a key role in the development of creative marketing strategies, oversee the implementation of multi-channel marketing plans and campaigns, and measure and evaluate marketing performance to support ACRP's mission and engage key stakeholders. ACRP supports individuals and life science organizations globally by providing community, education, and credentialing programs.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReporting to and working closely with ACRP'S Director of Marketing, you will make a meaningful contribution to the success of both ACRP and its members through the following areas of responsibility:Support the strategy and implementation for marketing ACRP products, services, events, and membership, including conferences, webinars, courses, certifications, editorial, and more.Develop messaging, design, manage lists, deploy, and track analytics for dedicated emails and newsletters.Write content, plan, and manage the social media calendar. Ensure effectiveness of paid and organic social posts for marketing, engagement, and community-building tools. Define and evolve KPIs for ACRP's social channels with an emphasis on meaningful measurement and actionable key learnings.Maintain and manage website, regularly reviewing web content, links and design; and providing necessary updates and enhancements in a timely manner. Write, copyedit, and proofread content while maintaining standards of voice, tone, and quality.Experience with managing digital advertisements and developing key targeted audiences.Genuine interest and understanding of the importance of branding and a commitment to ensure all deliverables and promotions are aligned with ACRP's visual and messaging brand.Understand the role of informational graphics, visuals, and video to reach defined audiences with strong messages and calls to action.Achieve targeted results, ensure timely and effective execution of marketing tactics and promotions, and develop benchmark criteria to measure/analyze the efficiency and effectiveness of promotions.Identify and implement emerging trends and technologies to support the business objectives of the association. Ensure content and delivery methods are current and conform to best practices.Contribute to and participate in broader ACRP-wide projects and/or committees as needed.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field. Three to five years of relevant professional experience. A background in healthcare, associations, or nonprofits is a plus.Experience in Microsoft Office 365 is expected. Proficiency with technology and easily adapts to new platforms, including WordPress, SquareSpace, Informz, Sprout Social, Canva, NetForum, Survey Monkey, Airtable, and others, will be critical for success in this role.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Capable of drafting concise, compelling text that results in clear understanding and calls to action. Familiarity with creating content and working with design templates for social media is also highly desirable. Experience managing and interpreting marketing performance metrics and tracking tools. Proficiency with Google Analytics and SEO tools a plus.Keen attention to detail as well as demonstrated time- and project-management skills, including an ability to meet multiple deadlines by maintaining a high level of organization.
