Ideal candidates will reside in the DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia metro area or East Coast.**What You'll Do. This position will manage, maintain, integrate and optimize our marketing technology stack in relation to automation platforms such as CRM, and email platforms. More specifically, this role will execute measurable email campaigns, that focus on optimization, produce high quality leads, engagement, improve member experience and increase member retention. This role will be the responsible for launching all automated marketing programs related to email campaigns. Define/build database workflow triggers, creating rules, building segmentation and suppression lists, testing and experimenting. Working closely with the data/business intelligence team to define audience profiles that are aligned to campaign goals and KPIs. Develop and manage protocols and tools to continually monitor, report and analyze program on a regular basis. There is a secondary focus in understanding email strategy and developing user experience journeys for end to end experience. Marketing Technology OversightDevelop roadmap of current vendors/platforms to ensure systems across marketing are both efficient, integrated, and optimized to meet our growing digital marketing needs.Leverage the marketing automation systems (HubSpot, Constant Contact, Intuvo, Sugar CRM) to manage the execution of marketing campaigns, tactics and tasks including email templates, lead capture forms, content syndication, lead scoring, etc. In addition, utilize automation for new ways to improve internal processes like automating audits etc.Set up and test automations and segmentations in the marketing automation platforms.Manage a range of marketing activities including drip/nurture programs, monthly newsletters, form building and other lead generation activities.Manage list targeting and suppression as necessary.Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve associated goals and KPIs, tracking parameters are set up and tracking appropriately to conversion metrics.Determine and share effective email marketing strategy by quarter based on organizational goals and product needs.Optimize Digital Communications PathingWork with insights to build, maintain and present weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that measure all aspects of data quality, campaign performance, program effectiveness, pipeline performance and marketing ROI.Monitor the performance of the demand generation funnel, plan versus actual and against industry benchmarks. Analyze data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization and to improve performance benchmarks for marketing campaigns.Review existing marketing campaigns across the business and automating where appropriate.Carrying out A/B testing/experiments in automated marketing campaigns to maximize results.Integration SupportSuppport marketing's efforts to attain a true personalized experience for members across their entire journey.Understand the marketing ecosystem and how automation can support personalization goals in a true omnichannel fashion.Serve as a technical lead for new integration projects that affect marketing automation.
