POSITION SUMMARY: This is an opportunity to make a significant contribution to the evolution of a rapidly growing company by leading the global marketing and communications function for 3E. Reporting directly to the SVP, Global Business Development, you will partner with Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Product leaders across the company to drive demand generation and brand awareness.CORE FUNCTIONS: Lead global Marketing & Communications teams to help achieve 3E's quarterly and annual sales targets. Key responsibilities include:Strategic Planning & Team Management:Determine marketing strategy in collaboration with Senior Vice President of Global Business Development, overseeing and executing initiatives in support of 3E's business strategyShape and build awareness of the 3E brand; also build employer brand in partnership with HR and internal communicationsLead, develop, and manage Marketing team in alignment with corporate strategy, product GTM, and rapid growth objectivesLead event and industry conference strategyThought Leadership:Strengthen the company's market position and thought leadership through a variety of channels, including newsletters, speaking engagements, and social mediaManage relationships with industry analysts to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure these firms have an accurate and comprehensive understanding of 3E's solutions and capabilitiesDevelop comprehensive public relations strategy and oversee execution of various activities, including media relations, bylined articles, awards and speakers' bureauManage third party vendors (PR agencies, etc.) as appropriateDemand Generation:Develop, establish, and lead end-to-end demand generation programs, which include but are not limited to, webinars, emails, nurture campaigns, paid media, content, etc.Develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive enterprise MQLs, sales pipeline, and bookings.Closely monitor progress across several KPIs - including opportunity/pipeline generation, funnel conversion rates, marketing CAC, and bookings growth - optimizing the mix of marketing channels and spend to maximize impactEstablish strong partnership with SDR and sales teams to ensure quality lead generation and deal velocity and conversion through coordinated ABM/ABX programsOwn campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from web, design, and content development teamsManage agency and contractor relationships, expectations, and budgets Marketing Communications:Manage content, message, and development for both internal and external publications, including newsletters and presentationsOversee development of collateral library and sales tools in alignment with value-based selling methodologyKEY REQUIREMENTS:The successful candidate will be a seasoned marketing leader with experience leading high performing teams in a high growth environment.Other key requirements include:A commitment to the Company's culture, mission, and values.15+ years of leadership in all parts of marketing, including brand strategy, demand generation, digital marketing, event marketing, thought leadership and communicationsStrong track record leading high-performing marketing teams in a high-growth environment.Background with complex negotiations, involving diverse, multi-national stakeholder groups.Strong cross-functional partner who works seamlessly across Commercial, Customer Success, HR, Product, Finance, and Technology teams and influences customer-focused approach.Strong communicator and meeting facilitator, who can effortlessly articulate Commercial vision and rally internal teams on board.Demonstrated ability to think strategicallyProven experience in managing agencies and executing campaignsStrong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Salesforce or other CRM, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Attribution tools is a plusStrong presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
