Manager, Process Management - People Data Platform Data Governance

As a member of the People Data Platform Data Governance Team, you will play a vital role in transforming and re-defining the way the Enterprise uses workforce data. You will engage with HR teams to drive alignment with Enterprise. Compliance, Privacy and other related initiatives. Through your work, you will enable the Data Governance Team to increase impact and collaboration while striving to improve processes and procedures for our customers.

Responsibilities:

The candidate in this role will manage, implement and deliver on program deliverables related to Enterprise, Regulatory , and other reporting requirements. This position will ensure compliance efforts are well managed and completed within deadlines. Position Responsibilities:
  • Gather data and reporting; perform initial data assessment and review
  • Drive and ensure compliance with the Third Party Data (XDS) Program for HR
  • Partner with the HR Risk Office to complete control testing
  • Partner with Data Domain leaders to build a robust interaction model to support regulatory requirements
  • Associate should be able to drive and execute an agenda in a fluid environment
  • Apply sound inquiry and analysis to make recommendations and decisions
  • Be intellectually curious to question, explore, and develop alternatives


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a Data Management, Risk Management, Audit, Compliance or Security Administration environment
  • At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite (Sheets and Slides) or Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint)


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 + years of experience in project management
  • 3 + years experience in change management
  • 5 + years of strong problem solving OR at least 5 years of influencing skills OR at least 5 years of a combination of both
  • Strong attention to detail and results oriented, ability to meet objectives and handle multiple deadlines and priorities
