ERP International, LLC is currently seeking a Director of Clinical Recruitment to take a metrics driven approach to building and leading a world class talent acquisition strategy for our Clinical Services Division. The Director of Clinical Recruitment will be responsible for managing a team of recruiting professionals in the delivery of high quality, timely, recruiting services that align with business needs. They will act as a trusted partner to operational leaders and develop winning recruitment strategies, assess talent needs, build talent pipelines, and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

The Director of Clinical Recruitment will manage the Clinical Recruitment Team. This individual must be hands-on leader, doer, and be solution focused.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Provide the strategic leadership, guidance, and direction for the Clinical Recruitment function in the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as well as hiring managers to develop and deploy organization-wide recruiting and sourcing strategies.
  • Develop an effective, dynamic, and data driven talent acquisition strategy to recruit qualified, mission-oriented team members, with a focus on the high volume recruitment.
  • Lead a team of recruiting professionals to ensure current and future business hiring needs are met in a timely, effective, and cost-efficient manner.
  • Serve as a coach, mentor, and trainer for the recruiting team around recruitment activities and client partnership.
  • Responsible for the entire recruiting and placement life-cycle to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and successful placement of signed candidates on billable projects.
  • Develop and communicate goals and objectives and manage to results.
  • Establish and maintain strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers to meet recruiting needs and identify challenges.
  • Build credibility and establish trust with clients by identifying client needs and pro-actively providing appropriate and timely recruitment solutions.
  • Remain engaged and aware of evolving business priorities and continuously recommend changes to recruiting process to align with priorities.
  • Serve as trusted adviser to clients and internal partners around recruiting, knowledgeable of best practices and trends around recruiting.
  • Manage a substantial requisition load spanning many engagements.
  • Manage workload allocation and incentive plan for the recruiting team.
  • Other duties and/or projects as assigned.


Qualifications

Education and Experience Required
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Seven (7) years of full cycle, high volume recruiting experience in mid-sized to large organizations, supporting clinical government contracts.
  • Three 3- years' experience managing high-performing recruitment teams.
  • Knowledge of Federal RFP/RFQ process and Performance Work Statements
  • A solid understanding of the staffing market: services, competitors, technologies, trends, and contract

  • The ability to lead and support high volumes of staffing transactions and thrive in a fast-paced environment is a must.
  • Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
  • High energy and capable leader who knows how to build a high-performing, capable, results-driven team.
  • Customer focused and proactive; superb client management skills, able to establish early credibility and trust.
  • Passionate, motivated, innovative, creative and solution oriented.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, confident, organized, and articulate manner.
  • Systems savvy; strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and project/process management skills; comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing within a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Experience with process improvement tools and recruitment metrics.
