Process Manager: PATH

The Process Manager role within our Payment and Travel Help (PATH) team, is responsible for helping our associates navigate the business travel, expense reimbursement and corporate card management processes. This role is responsible for providing support to users by not only researching and answering questions, but also troubleshooting problems and influencing where we can improve the end-to-end associate experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the enterprise adheres to Travel and Expense spend guidelines, in accordance with all applicable standards and management controls
  
• Reduce number of help desk questions coming through PATH, by identifying process challenges and recommending solutions
  
• Optimize usage of Salesforce as a case management and reporting tool, understanding 'themes' to help drive more intentional customer engagement
  
• Optimize PULSE, Slack and other engagement channels to get the 'right information' to the 'right people' at the 'right time'
  
• Contribute to Payment and Travel Solutions training and educational opportunities, through the creation and updating of training materials
  
• Provide subject matter expertise on processes and industry standards when representing the department in projects and other meetings
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  
• At least 1 year of experience supporting, partnering and interacting with internal business clients
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Process Management experience and/or communication and/or content management experience
  
• CCMP or Change Management Training
