Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Reviewing IT and control systems programs to assess overall compliance with cybersecurity plans, policies, and alignment with business and mission requirements; 2) Maintaining an organization's cybersecurity program that includes cybersecurity architecture, requirements, objectives, policies, and cybersecurity processes and procedures; 3) Providing assistance in drafting, modifying, and maintaining an organization's core cybersecurity policies; and 4) Tracking and performing cybersecurity related tasks associated with assessment and authorization activities for IT and control systems in accordance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process.
Also, your resume must demonstrate once year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- You will provide Cyber Security and Administrative input and recommendations to leadership of the NAVFAC organizations serviced/supported on cyber security related work to be accomplished.
- You will develop cyber security performance standards for serviced/supported organizations leadership towards assessing compliance by workforce cadre.
- You will provide local Business and Operational Systems cyber security as well as general IT technical and administrative support as needed.
- You will track cybersecurity and CIO office data and metrics to ensure compliancy with CIO-related tasking.
- You will ensure supported organizations comply with Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) program requirements. You will inform leadership of non-compliance or risk to systems.
- You will develop, update, and maintain the organizations CSWF algorithm to ensure it meets the controls within the Affordable Work Force Calculation.
- You will prepare and manage Risk Management Framework authorization packages for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) assigned to NAVFAC LANT AOR.

- You will participate in a continuous learning program described in SECNAVINST 1543.2. A minimum of 40 hours of Cyber IT/CSWF related continuous learning annually documented in a current individual development plan that has been signed.
- This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). You must be certified as a Career Field Information Technology Level II. Certification is required within 24 months of appointment.
