Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Vice President of Supply Chain who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Vice President of Supply Chain you will:
•Be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and resource stewardship for the supply chain operations of Adventist HealthCare.
•Develop and improve supply chain processes and practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws in a way that best achieves the organization' s objectives.
•Be responsible for strategic management of supplier performance and future organizational needs to assess the ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
•Drive the alignment of supply chain strategies with company business strategies by collaborating with stakeholders to integrate business needs into the supply chain strategy; serving as the subject matter expert for distribution centers and supply chain processes; and influencing senior leadership.
•Guide the managers and supervisors in recruitment and professional development of supply chain management team.
•Responsible for achieving delivery and quality standards on locally sourced, globally supplied materials.
•Responsible for Inventory Control oversight, ensuring appropriate controls and practices are established to maximize inventory accuracy (quantity and value) to meet customer expectations.
•Be accountable for material planning to achieve target inventory turnover while minimizing negative customer impacts due to material shortage or delays.

Qualifications include:
•Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a relevant field required
•Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in supply chain management is required
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role
•Experience in business process design and implementation including problem-solving, negotiations, and team building with non-direct reports.
