NRI is looking for an enthusiastic and organized self-starter to join our dynamic team! The Payroll & Benefits Coordinator will provide support areas including payroll/billing for the temporary employees, leaves of absence ,records management, benefits and the like.
This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities include:
Processing weekly payroll for temporary employees
Processing weekly client invoices
Handling benefits for internal and external employees
Managing employee relations
Handling unemployment claims
Handling worker's compensation claims
Maintaining internal employees awards program
Coordinating workplace activities in partnership with broader internal team
Providing direct support to the employees in areas of HR including, but not limited to core processes and compensation & benefits
Maintaining internal employee records
Updating various reports and organizational charts as needed
Handling special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years relevant HR experience preferred
- At least 3 years benefits & payroll experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize; must have strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills leading with a sense of urgency
