Summary
The MIL Corporation seeks a Technical Writer, Analyst to support one of our Federal clients in the Arlington/Rosslyn, VA area.
Responsibilities
- Develop training/reference/user guide materials
- Maintain knowledge base on client SharePoint site
- Assist trainer on the financial system, invoice processing systems and related applications and processes
- Coordinate, schedule and track training classes
- Develop, review and update Standard Operating Procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience supporting federal financial systems
- Excellent knowledge of financial and business systems
- Experience with SharePoint
- Detail-oriented while clear on the "big picture"
- Excellent customer service, communication, and support skills
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination.
