ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR COMMUNICATIONS

Associate Director, Communications w/ S&P Global Inc. in Washington, DC. Regularly review & proofread content authored by others, cleaning up language mistakes, stylistic errors & flow. Produce & edit content. Position reqs an Associate's deg (US or foreign equiv) in Communications, Journalism, English or a rel field & 5 yrs of exp in the job offered or in a rel role. Must have 5 yrs of exp w/: Assoc Press Stylebook; creating, designing & distributing detailed internal communications newsletters that advise employees on key updates across the 20,000-person organization; & utilizing internal communications tools incl Bananatag, Marketo, Jive, Smartsheet & Unily. Must have 4 yrs of exp w/: MS Office; & mng large-scale shared mailboxes in MS Outlook. Must have 3 yrs of exp w/: ghostwriting for sr execs, capturing their voice & message; hosting & broadcasting large scale internal events such as town halls, panel discussions, & fireside chats; & internal communications analytics & reporting. Must have 2 yrs of exp w/: mng an intranet platform migration; validating internal communications effectiveness w/ metrics & analytics; enhancing communications strategy based on metrics; conceptualizing, filming & producing video-based content; design tools such as Canva & Wibbitz for graphic & video design; & handling crisis communications. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,650 / yr. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as exp level, skill set, training, licenses & certifications.
