Qualifications
NR-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing technical engineering methods, principles, requirements, work techniques, or practices to assist of integration of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) systems or components.
NR-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Utilizing technical engineering methods, principles, requirements, work techniques, or practices to oversee the integration of Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Intelligence (C4I) systems or components.

This position is in the Science & Technology Reinvention Laboratory (STRL) Human Resource Management System pay band for Department of Defense laboratories.
The pay schedule and pay band for all Technical/Technician Positions will be NR-1/2/3/4/5.
This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
Relocation and recruitment incentives may or may not be authorized.

- You will perform limited projects involving specialized or complicated procedures.
- You will apply a wide variety of test and inspection techniques to various engineering aspects to make on-site determinations.
- You will interpret drawings, plans and specifications.
- You will identify and correct deficiencies.
