Marketing Coordinator - Demand Generation

As a Marketing Coordinator - Demand Generation you will create fully integrated campaigns targeting organizations across the globe to fill our inbound funnels. You will leverage a combination of digital marketing, content marketing, and events to help us generate awareness and educate our target audience. Ultimately, your work will be measured on sales qualified leads, pipeline, and revenue.

Reporting to the Director, Demand Generation, you will be hands-on with the broader Marketing team and the Sales team to develop, execute and optimize demand generation campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Help plan and execute demand generation campaigns end-to-end. From planning, creative and copy, media planning, execution, tracking, and analyzing results.
  • Support campaign optimization by testing hypotheses and use your learnings to inform future marketing campaigns.
  • Ideate and collaborate with agency partners and teams across the organization to develop thought leadership content to be used in demand generation activities and lead nurture streams.
  • Support the planning and execution of both live and virtual Arc XP-hosted and sponsored events and tradeshow activities.


Qualifications
  • 1+ years relevant experience
  • Bachelor's in a marketing-related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize competing needs
