Our client in the legal industry is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist the Office Manager and recruitment needs. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for memos, emails, reports and recruitment. If this sounds like you, we are looking for someone with experience in a law firm environment.

Candidate must be able to:
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence
- Maintain various recruiting data charts
- Generate and compile recruiting stats
- Manage office security cards
- Accurately submit expense reports
- Assist with new hire orientations
- Maintain attorney and staff records
- Update administrative documents
Qualifications:
- An Associate's Degree or higher
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a law firm environment
- Proficiency in MS office; knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- Outstanding organizational, administrative and communication (oral and written) skills
- Possess high attention to detail, a strong work ethic and is self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and efficiently multi-task
- Flexibility to adjust hours and work OT when necessary
