Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an Inpatient Therapy Manager who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As an Inpatient Therapy Manager, you will:
• Coordinates all aspects of patient care delivery for IP Rehab departments(PT, OT, SLP, AUD and Cancer Rehab and Lymphedema) and assures appropriate documentation, charges and productivity of assigned staff.
• Monitors quality and leads staff in performance and process improvement.
• Monitors department's productivity and budgets; implements strategies to facilitate financial success/budget compliance consistent with patient and program needs.
• Develops, reviews and revises policies and procedures for services provided.
• Develops and implements competency plans and performance improvement plans for staff, as needed and on an annual basis.
• Develops staffing plans. Manages and maintains staffing as needed.
• Implements, monitors and reports on required organizational initiatives as it pertains to the six pillars of success

Qualified Candidates will possess:
• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in Physical therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology from accredited program. Progress towards business/management related degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years inpatient acute-care experience
• Minimum of 2 years management experience
• Minimum 1 year managing interdisciplinary staff
• Current Maryland License in one of the following specialties: Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech and Language Pathology,
• Current BLS through American Heart Association

Work Schedule:

Monday- Friday 80 hours/pay period
