Immediate opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist. This is a Direct Hire position. The individual will provide a full range of HR support and program implementation activities across many of functional areas including: onboarding & orientation, employee engagement, leaves of absence records management, etc.
This is a hybrid position.
Responsibilities include:
Managing new hire onboarding process including all necessary tasks pre-hire (IT equipment & set-up, processing new hire paperwork, I-9s, etc.), upon hire by facilitating new hire orientation and educating new hires on policies and procedures, and providing ongoing communication
Leading the recruitment process for open positions in partnership with the General Manager(s)
Managing feedback process for candidates and providing a point of view to influence hiring decisions, participate in intake meetings and interviews.
Ideal candidate must have experience regarding employee relations, benefits, unemployment claims, worker's compensation, recruiting and records management.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years relevant HR experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of equivalent education and experience in HR
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast paced, results driven environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize; must have strong organization, time management, and follow-up skills leading with a sense of urgency
- Passion for delivering results through people
- Demonstrates high levels of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of associates
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail, ability to produce high quality, and accurate work products
