SR. IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Sr. IT Business Analyst; MacroGenics, Inc.; Rockville, MD: Provide first-level support for SAP users & subject matter experts in materials management, production planning, manufacturing & warehouse management business areas. Liaise between internal SAP business users & external IT/SAP vendor support. Evaluate, prioritize & manage changes to SAP system using appropriate change management processes.
