We are growing and looking for new team members. Remote working is our typical workday, so you will not have to commute beyond your home desk. Competitive salaries offered. As a team member you will work on land development plans for commercial and residential clients. You will experience designing site plans layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, and utilities.

Candidates should be comfortable working with some combination (or be willing to be trained) in site design; storm drain design and stormwater management; water and sewer; sediment and erosion control plans; grading; road construction plans; and should have a knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D. Candidates with a familiarity with regulations in Maryland are great but it is not necessary.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required;

1-5 years’ experience, or 5-10 years’ experience (senior) experience (salary commensurate with experience);

E.I.T. or F.E. certification;

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D;

Ability to speak and write professionally;

PE would be a plus.
