Position Opportunity:

Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, ensures that the administrative needs of the HR department are met in an efficient, effective and timely manner. Supports or assists in the implementation of programs that enhance the recruitment and retention of a high-quality/high-achieving workforce. Assists in administration of the employment process and with the utilization and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Handles special projects, including developing and implementing programs; conducting research; and assisting with professional development programs.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Three years related work experience, preferably in a position requiring skills in human resources, data, or project management, and/or administration.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Experience utilizing MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).

• Demonstrated interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and foster relationships through a professional presence.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with the coordination of the recruitment process, including posting position notices and classified ads, screening resumes, and coordination of temporary agency employees.

• Responsible for maintaining position description database and recruiting files.

• Coordinates and schedules new hire onboarding process and orientation.

• Assists with maintaining and utilizing the HRIS - inputs data, designs reports, and performs data analysis.

• Drafts project overview/background materials and talking points/correspondence for internal and external use.

• Schedules HR training sessions and maintains database for staff training.

• Responsible for Family Medical Leave tracking.

• Produces special reports and analyses, maintains project planning calendars, and coordinates cross-departmental team meetings.

• Assists with the coordination of 90-day, 6-month, and annual performance review process.

• Research industry trends, current practices, new developments, and applicable laws regarding Human Resources.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

The salary for this position will be no less than $55,000 within a salary hiring range up to $70,000. Exact salary based upon experience, education related to the role, CPB compensation structure and internal equity. Annual salary increases and bonus award based on performance against annual objectives and position responsibilities.

Location:
