Manager, Workday Integrations Manager
Position #: 127945

The Workday Integrations Manager works under the direct supervision of the Technical Product Owner, at the University of Maryland, College Park, in the Division of Information Technology (DIT). The incumbent will lead the Workday Integrations team providing managerial oversight with a focus on designing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining integrations to/from Workday.

Minimum qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Experience: 

  • Minimum of seven (7+) years’ experience in role(s) where responsible for IT operations and projects
  • Hands-on IT Operations experience with good communication skills
  • 10 years IT experience in technical analysis, design, and implementation

KNOWLEDGESKILLS, & ABILITIES:

  • Detailed understanding of ERP System concepts and general module functionality
  • Strong program/project management knowledge and skills, covering planning and execution including ability to rapidly assess risk and identify/resolve issues
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under various conditions and constraints
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship and conflict management
  • Understanding of IT Change Management practices

Preferences:

  • University of Maryland experience
  • Workday or modern SaaS ERP experience
  • ERP implementation experience

Additional information: 

Benefits Included:

Salary range $145,000-$150,000

Physical demands: 

Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines. Sitting for extended periods of time. Dexterity of hands and fingers required to operate a computer keyboard or mouse, and to handle other computer components. Ability to attend meetings at partner and customer offices.
