Job Description
The Customer Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to the Post's commercial and digital printing customers. This role will be the primary communicator between customers and the production teams. They will facilitate press orders, mail requirements and other customer needs as specified in the customer agreement. The Customer Sales and Service Manager will administer the business' WP Print Solutions website, PageDNA digital storefront and serve as a key postal expert for the commercial and digital printing operations.
In addition, this position will assist the Business Development Director in growing the customer base. This role reports to the Business Development Director.

Responsibilities
- Service the commercial and digital printing customer account relationships
- Communicate with printing partners regarding customer service issues, data issues, file transmission issues
- Resolve print quality issues with Production Teams
- Coordinate customer order fulfillment process
- Process new customer integration, account setup, and file transfer protocols
- Maintain WP Print Solutions website and digital storefront
- Use postal software to prepare mail files, labels, skid tags, and other postal paperwork
- Generate and process invoices for commercial and digital printing using Invoice Manager
- Assist with accounting period closing, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Assist Business Development Director with customer mining and new growth
- Support the business growth by assisting the Business Development director with sales to new customers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B customer service and or C2B customer service
- Knowledge of file transfer protocols, web-site management, postal software a plus
- Successfully utilized various systems to provide reporting, invoicing, and product management in past roles
- High proficiency with Excel and Word
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
- Good customer service skills
