Job Details

Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Workday HCM Specialist who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Workday HCM Specialist you will:

• Work closely with the Workday HR Technology team on configuration projects and to provide ongoing end-user support.
• this position will be predominantly a systems back-end-facing role.
• The individual needs to have an understanding and experience in general HR processes.
• This position is critical to continuously streamline the Workday System and related business systems and processes.
• Manage, analyze & troubleshoot case management tickets for all of core HCM and MFA in iVanti and provide tier 2 level support including resolving issues and follow through any reported or unresolved ones.
• Support, test & work in conjunction with the Workday HCM team to rollout new Workday functionality, particularly the bi-annual releases.
• Partner with HR Technology counterparts to create and maintain necessary training material including Quick Reference Guides
• Support mass data changes during implementation of new processes and acquisitions
• Maintain simple configurations within HCM Module
• Actively perform research to implement creative solutions that meet complex AHC needs and operational requirements.
• Perform consistent audits as it relates to system health
• Create and maintain project documentation for operational requirements, trouble-shooting procedures, and decisions.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree in, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business
Administration, or other field that is directly applicable to the position or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' Workday experience in HR related modules
• Workday HCM Pro certification preferred
• Experience administering Workday applications and knowledge of enterprise-level applications.
• Knowledge of HR workflows
• Ability to work independently
• Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and directed with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects independently
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with schedule to meet program needs

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, Days Shift, Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
