Facilities Management at the University of Maryland, College Park is hiring two experienced MT Multi Trades Chief I-Construction and one MT Multi Trades Chief I-Irrigation. The University of Maryland, College Park (Home of the Maryland Terrapins) is an internationally recognized research university with many nationally ranked programs.

Three (3) positions are available: 2 MT Multi Trades Chief I - Construction and 1 MT Multi Trades Chief I - Irrigation.  These positions offer the candidates the opportunity to use their existing trade skills and acquire new knowledge in our unique environment. As a leading research institution, the University of Maryland provides its employees with a challenging and stimulating work environment in one College Park location. Starting salary within the pay range is commensurate with skills and experience.

Shift Hours: M-F 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

The benefits package includes health insurance, tuition remission for employees and family, a pension plan, paid annual (11 days/yr), personal (3 days/yr), and sick leave (15 days/yr) as well as 14 paid holidays per year.
