Senior Risk Associate, Data Management

This position will help support the data risk management agenda for the division. Responsibilities include collaborating with the Finance Risk Management and Enterprise Data Risk Management teams to drive continuous improvement to the data management control environment, monitoring data issues and events and providing transparency to stakeholders, partnering with business customers to identify, initiate, and execute process improvements. Ensures best practices are executed by the team.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participates in team oriented efforts
  
• Managing multiple tasks independently to meet deadlines
  
• Coordinating work between multiple areas and working on multiple projects simultaneously; leveraging/influencing business partners to drive results
  
• Initiating and executing process improvements and leveraging other team members when appropriate
  
• Providing transparency to data risk health and control environment
  
• Identifying need for data management control, working with risk management team to establish those control
  
• Providing ongoing monitoring to execution of data management controls
  
• Monitoring data issues, events, identifying trends, partnering with issue manager to ensure timely resolution
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  
• At least 1 year of experience in project or process management
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in project or process management
  
• 1 year of experience in risk management
  
• 2 years of experience in presentation/communication
  
• 1 year of experience in change management
