Enrollment Management Office CoordinatorThe George Mason University Office of the Provost, seeks qualified candidates for an Enrollment Management Office Coordinator in the Division for Enrollment Management. The mission of the Division for Enrollment Management at George Mason University is to foster student success by connecting students and families to resources that open doors to a world-class education and the opportunities fundamental to the Mason student experience. The division strives to provide quality, timely, and efficient student service from recruitment through graduation, and to collaborate with members of the Mason community in support of the University vision and strategic plan. Responsibilities:This position will provide administrative support to the Director of Enrollment Services, Senior Director of Integrated Enrollment Marketing, and Director of International Enrollment Partnerships, as well as general office functions for the Division of Enrollment Management, including fiscal and human resources activities. Some examples of specific tasks are:Manage the Directors' appointment calendars, answer phones, and facilitate timely and correct submission of travel authorization and reimbursement forms and other paperwork;Serve as a point of contact for all office maintenance requests, including Facilities work orders, telecommunications work orders, and desk/office space considerations;Assist in the administrative aspects of the hiring process for the affiliated teams;Prepare and submit travel forms, electronic human resource actions, and procurement requests; andMaintain organized electronic and paper files, including budgetary files for the division; andOther tasks as assigned.Required Qualifications:Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and general office operations;Possess the ability to work under pressure and with diverse populations; andAbility to demonstrate the skill to communicate well at many levels within the organizational structure and in a professional manner.
