Respect, service, integrity, collaboration, diversity, transparency, and creativity are the values that guide our work and culture.Primary Purpose of the Position:Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Annual Giving, the Annual Giving Coordinator engages in fundraising, donor stewardship, and other activities that support the Office of Annual Giving. This position will also play a key role in the execution of Direct Marketing Campaign and Initiatives, as well as serve on the Data Analysis Team for the Office of Annual Giving. The Coordinator will work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the alumni participation rate, engagement efforts, and support the crowdfunding, and special projects within the university.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related area is required;Excellent communication, written, oral, and digital engagement skills;Storytelling skills, particularly the ability to create clear, compelling cases for fundraising projects using images and text;Confidentiality, integrity, discretion, attention to detail is imperative;Ability to plan, implement, and manage multiple projects;Analytical skills and ability to sort and prioritize data analysis;Ability to effectively work in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment;Detail-oriented, well organized, eager to work collaboratively, and be flexible;Demonstrated computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other tools; andProven skills in data extraction and manipulation for planning and evaluation.Preferred Qualifications:Graphic design experience is a plus; andPreferred candidates will demonstrate experience in any of the following: annual giving, development, alumni relations, and/or marketing/communications.
