Responsible for preparing estimates, selecting materials, maintaining work records and providing direction and expertise to subordinates. Plans and schedules work ensuring that all work is personally inspected to conform to job specifications, building codes and accepted job practices. Assists manager in providing input to the Director of Operations related to projects and the department's vision and mission.Required Qualifications:Valid Driver's License; must currently possess an appropriate, active, valid motor vehicle operator's license that meets all of GMU's requirements for operating state vehicles and equipment under Mason's Vehicle Use Policy 1411 https://universitypolicy.gmu.edu/policies/vehicle-use/.
