Summary
Responsible for systems administrative duties within on Apple Mac computer systems and configuration management through Jamf. Maintains and supports users and computers. Performs systems administrative tasks to the operating system environment and applications. Administers, installs, and troubleshoots a variety of applications and operating systems. Performs systems maintenance tasks, upgrades, system back-ups, recovery and file maintenance, builds. Schedules, installs, and tests system upgrades. Resolves technical problems.

Summary

Required Qualifications
- 2 years' experience as a systems administrator.
- Experience as an system administrator with Jamf in a large enterprise setting or government agency setting
- Experience with apple configuration management
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination.
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years' experience as a systems administrator
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Technical certification in Mac
- Technical certifications in cyber security
