Summary

Responsible for administrative duties within on computer systems. Administration Maintains and supports account and computer management. Performs systems administrative tasks to the operating system environment and various computer systems. Administers, installs, and troubleshoots a variety of operating systems. Performs systems maintenance tasks, such as system back-up, recovery and file maintenance, server builds. Schedules, installs, and tests system upgrades. Resolves technical problems.

Responsibilities

User account and Systems management of Windows Active Directory users and computers.

Required Qualifications
  • 2 years' experience as a systems administrator.
  • Experience with Active Directory management
  • Experience with Active Directory security groups, access controls, OUs, GPO
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Server OS
  • Familiarity with Office 365 user management
  • Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination.

Desired Qualifications
  • 3 or more years' experience as a systems administrator
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Technical certification in Windows, Active Directory or and Security certification
