Join our team and help us make a difference!What You'll DoThis is a working supervisory position responsible for the leadership and development of the CritiCare nursing team. Duties will include, but are not limited to:Mentorship & TrainingScheduling staffImplementing department policies and proceduresAssociate performance evaluations and coachingConducting team meetingsHandles Client/pcDVM feedbackRecord keepingWorking closely with the CritiCare Administrative Manager on shared duties including client satisfaction, human resource items and related department supportPrimary shifts will be late morning to early evening with some flexibility.
