Specifically supporting the Rapid Engineering and Prototyping Solutions, Engineering and Technical Services, and Cyber Sectors of MIL.

Responsibilities
The Vice President will be responsible for providing direct services to our current customers and assist with the developing and executing MIL's Defense Business Unit's strategic growth plan.
Required competencies include:
- Leadership - Strong executive-level leadership with an ability to develop, oversee, and assist corporate and client teams. Experience considered by industry thought leaders as admirable and successful. Possess a demonstrated ability and willingness to collaborate across organization constructs and challenges to meet broader objectives.
- Client/Market Development - Have a willingness to collaborate with all MIL sectors to identify, lead, and capture new opportunities through assessment, planning, and capture activities. Strong NAVAIR and NAWCAD industry and community relationships in the community are a must.
- Relationship Building - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across internal and external contacts as well as MIL teaming partners.
Required Qualifications
- 35+ years of experience in naval aviation
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with:
- Organizational management at all levels
- Leadership and mentoring
- Personal and large-scale organizational skills
- Having leadership responsibly across multiple stakeholder groups
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, diversity, and inclusion
- Strategic planning, financial management, budgeting, procurement, compliance, negotiation, and risk management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Per federal guidelines, you may be required to show proof of COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to obtain vaccination.
